LTG David Huntoon Delivers Keynote Speech at Brookings Institution
On December 3, 2014. LTG David Huntoon, US Army retired, spoke on National Security Policy at the Brookings Institution, Americas oldest think tank at their headquarters in Washington, D.C.
General Huntoon addressed a senior group of U.S. Government Officials from throughout the nation who gathered for the Brookings Institution’s program on: “Global Challenges, Threats and Opportunities: U.S. Perspective“. Other speakers included Elliott Abrams, former Assistant Secretary of State and special assistant to President George W. Bush, Michelle Flournoy, CEO of the Center for New American Security and former Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, U.S. Senator Richard Lugar, former Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, and Michael O’ Hanlon, acclaimed author and columnist, scholar in residence at Brookings.
