David H. Huntoon, Jr. shares his thoughts, suggestions, and strategies with the graduating class of the U.S. Army War College on how to harness and best utilize change for those who are in leadership roles.

David Huntoon, Jr. spoke with the most recent graduating class of the U.S. Army War College on the topic of Leadership and several sub-sets thereof. In one particular area of the presentation, he shares how courageous leadership prevails and he uses Medal of Honor recipient Staff Sergeant Ryan Pitts as an example.
